Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through saunaforsaleusa.com.

Free Shipping

We offer free freight shipping on all sauna orders to the 48 contiguous United States. The price displayed on each product page
is the final shipping-included price. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.

Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Hawaii (HI) and Alaska (AK) — please contact us for a freight quote before ordering
  • US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.) — quoted freight on request
  • International orders — we do not ship outside the United States at this time

Order Processing Time

  • In-stock items: processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
  • Custom or made-to-order items: processed within 5–10 business days
  • Processing time is separate from transit time

You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

Delivery Time (Transit)

After processing:

  • Standard freight delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited delivery (additional cost): 3–5 business days — contact us before ordering
  • White Glove delivery (additional cost): 7–14 business days — includes inside delivery and unpacking

Total time from order to delivery is typically 7–14 business days for standard orders.

How Saunas Are Shipped

All saunas ship via freight carrier on a pallet. Curbside delivery is the default — the carrier will deliver to the end of your driveway or
curb.

Important:

  • Signature required at delivery
  • A delivery appointment will be scheduled by phone before arrival
  • The driver will not move the crate to your backyard unless you’ve selected White Glove service
  • Inspect the crate for visible damage before signing — note any damage on the bill of lading

Inspection at Delivery

When your sauna arrives:

  1. Inspect the exterior packaging for visible damage
  2. If the crate appears damaged, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing
  3. Take photos before opening
  4. Open and inspect contents within 48 hours of delivery
  5. Report any concealed damage to support@saunaforsaleusa.com within 48 hours

We will work with the carrier to file claims and arrange replacements for damage discovered at or shortly after delivery.

Address & Site Requirements

  • Delivery requires a paved or hard-surface area accessible by a freight truck (53-foot trailer in most cases)
  • For tight-access locations (back yards, narrow streets, gated communities), please contact us before ordering — we may need to coordinate a
    smaller box truck for an additional fee
  • The recipient is responsible for ensuring delivery access; redelivery fees ($150–$300) apply if the truck cannot reach the address on the
    scheduled date

Order Tracking

You will receive tracking information via email once your sauna ships. You can also contact us at support@saunaforsaleusa.com for updates.

Shipping Damage or Lost Shipments

We insure all shipments. If your sauna arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us at support@saunaforsaleusa.com within 48 hours
  2. Provide order number, photos, and a description of the damage
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund within 7–10 business days

International Shipping

We do not currently ship to addresses outside the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
