Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment verification. Custom or made-to-order saunas may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (additional fees apply)
- White Glove Delivery: 7-14 business days (includes room of choice delivery and basic unpacking)
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your sauna. Free shipping may be available for certain products or during promotional periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Important Shipping Notes
• Delivery requires a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
• For large sauna units, delivery is typically made to the first dry area (garage or driveway).
• White Glove service includes delivery to the room of your choice (ground floor only).
• Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery and note any damages on the delivery receipt.
