Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Products must be in their original condition and packaging (unless the issue is due to shipping damage or product quality).

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process refunds.
Refunds
Refunds are issued for damaged or defective products upon verification. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Warranty Claims
All saunas come with manufacturer warranties that cover defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims must be made directly through our customer service department. Please retain your original purchase receipt for warranty service.
Return Exceptions
Custom-built saunas, saunas with personalized features, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
