REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sauna For Sale USA purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains exactly how to return
your sauna and what to expect.
Return Eligibility
You may return your sauna within 30 calendar days of delivery if:
- The sauna is unassembled (still in its original crate / packaging)
- All original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories are present
- The sauna is in resaleable condition (no scratches, marks, water damage, or signs of use)
- You have your order number and proof of purchase
Returns NOT Eligible
We cannot accept returns of:
- Saunas that have been partially or fully assembled
- Saunas with signs of use (heat marks, water exposure, fragrance residue)
- Custom-built or made-to-order saunas (clearly marked at time of purchase)
- Saunas damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
- Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@saunaforsaleusa.com with your order number, the reason for return, and photos of
the unassembled sauna in original packaging - We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions
- Pack the sauna back in its original crate
- Schedule a freight pickup using the carrier we provide
Do not ship the sauna back without an RA number. Returns received without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the sauna was delivered damaged or defective
- Return freight typically costs $250–$500 depending on origin and destination
- We can arrange the return pickup using our negotiated freight rates (usually less expensive than booking yourself)
- For damaged-on-arrival or defective-product returns, we cover return shipping
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns of non-defective merchandise. This covers our handling, repackaging, and inspection
costs.
The restocking fee is waived for:
- Damage during delivery (when reported within 48 hours)
- Manufacturing defects discovered before assembly
- Wrong product shipped due to our error
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned sauna:
- Inspection: 3–5 business days after arrival at our facility
- Refund issued: within 5 business days of inspection completion
- Refund posted to your account: typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment method
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your sauna arrives damaged or is defective out of the box:
- At delivery: Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing
- Within 48 hours: Email us at support@saunaforsaleusa.com with photos and your
order number - Resolution: We will arrange a free replacement or full refund within 7–10 business days
There is no restocking fee for damage or defects we are responsible for.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund.
Once a sauna has shipped (after you receive a tracking number), the order is treated as a return — return policy terms apply.
To cancel an order, email support@saunaforsaleusa.com immediately with your order number.
Exchange Policy
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your sauna for a different model:
- Return the original sauna following the return process above (restocking fee may apply)
- Place a new order for the desired model
We will work with you to coordinate timing if you’d like the new sauna shipped before the return is received.
